Product Analysis
The basic working principle of the wood pellet production line is to convert biomass raw materials such as wood, sawdust, and straw into high-density, high-calorific value pellet fuel through a series of physical and chemical processes. The specific process is as follows:
Raw material pretreatment: First, the raw materials are crushed or broken to reduce their particle size for subsequent processing. This step is intended to reduce the working pressure of the pellet machine and improve the pelletizing effect.
Drying treatment: The crushed raw materials contain a certain amount of moisture and need to be dried. The purpose of drying is to reduce the moisture content of the raw materials, improve the quality of the pellets, and avoid problems such as poor pellet forming or low combustion efficiency caused by excessive moisture.
Cooling and solidification: The pressed pellet fuel needs to go through a cooling process to ensure the stability of its shape and quality. The cooling device is usually located at the exit of the pellet machine, and the temperature of the pellet fuel is reduced to a safe range by natural cooling or forced cooling.
Screening and packaging: The cooled pellet fuel may contain some irregular particles or impurities, which need to be graded and screened by a screening device to remove unqualified particles. Finally, the qualified pellet fuel will be transported to the packaging system for packaging and encapsulation, which is convenient for subsequent storage and transportation.
