Working principle of Pellet Production Line for Biomass:

How it works

When the Small Biomass Pellet Line is working, the material rotates into the silo through the feed port. The wood chips in the silo are stirred and compressed by the dual effects of the rotation of the rotating main shaft and the rotation of the pressure wheel. Through the action of centrifugal force, the material continuously moves in a circular motion and adheres to the inner wall surface of the die, forming a uniform annular material layer. The material is continuously rotated and extruded by the pressure roller, so that it is forced into the ring die hole for forming, and is continuously extruded outwards. The cutter cuts it into the required length, and then the dial gradually pushes these particles out of the discharge port.
