The complete wood pellet production line is used to make biomass materials into wood pellet fuel. The production capacity is 500 kg to 2 tons per hour. It consists of hammer mill, dryer, conveyor, pellet machine, countercurrent cooler and pellet packaging machine, etc. The Sawdust Pellet Production Line adopts special high-quality materials and advanced uniform shaft transmission, and the key components are made of high-quality alloy steel with added wear-resistant materials.

Large Wood Pellet Production Line Working Principle

1.Working PrincipleFuel pellet production line mainly converts raw materials into high-efficiency fuel pellets through the processes of pyrolysis, reduction and combustion.
2. After pre-treatment, the raw material enters the production line and first undergoes pyrolysis process.
3. Under the high temperature condition, the organic matter in the raw material is decomposed into combustible gas and solid products, in which the combustible gas is recycled and the solid products are reduced to get fuel pellets.
4. The fuel pellets are dried to bring them to the required humidity and then packaged and stored.

The processing process of The Wood Pellet Line: First, the raw materials are cleaned, crushed, dried and other pre-processing processes to obtain granular raw materials suitable for production. Then the raw materials enter the pyrolysis furnace, and the temperature and atmosphere conditions are controlled to achieve the decomposition of the raw materials and the collection of gaseous products. The solid products are sent to the reduction furnace for reduction treatment to obtain high-quality fuel pellets. After the fuel pellets are dried, screened and other post-processing processes, they can be packaged and stored after meeting the specified quality requirements.

-----Our particle diameters are: 6mm, 8mm, 10mm, 12mm.
-----Pellet length: adjustable 20-50mm. (Usually our customers require a particle length of 33mm, between 30-36mm).
