Environmental advantages of biomass energy pellet fuel:
The main component of biomass pellet fuel is C-H organic matter. There is no particulate C and SO2 in the flue gas. Its SO2 and CO emissions are close to zero, and the smoke color is small, which can greatly reduce air pollution and carbon dioxide emissions. The solid emissions of biomass pellet fuel are much lower than traditional fuels such as coal. The solid emissions of biomass pellet fuel are all ash, accounting for about 0.4%7.0% of the total weight; while the solid emissions of coal combustion are a mixture of ash, alkali and residual coal, accounting for about 25%40% of the total weight.
How it works
When working, the raw materials are added from the hopper, and due to the action of gravity and the scraper, the raw materials are evenly spread on the flat die: at the same time, the motor rotates, driving the main shaft to rotate through the transmission box, and the roller installed on the main shaft revolves and rotates due to the driving of the main shaft and the action of friction, and the raw materials are continuously squeezed into the flat die by the roller to solidify and form.
