1. Check the wear of the ring die bushing every week. Due to the different processing equipment and process technology levels of various manufacturers and the differences in the processing accuracy of the ring die and the transmission wheel, the original ring die bushing and other accessories should be used first when selecting the ring die bushing to avoid excessive assembly clearance between the ring die and the bushing and the transmission wheel circumferential mating surface.
2. Check the position of the roller after each installation of the roller assembly or the ring die to ensure that the roller is between the two process grooves of the ring die, otherwise it must be adjusted with an adjustment pad (the adjustment pad is installed between the roller shaft and the pressure plate or the main shaft).
3. After the roller assembly is installed as a whole, check the axial clearance between the roller and the ring die. The axial clearance should not exceed 0.3mm, otherwise it should be adjusted with an adjustment pad. This will cause the ring die to sag naturally, resulting in adverse consequences such as the ring die hitting the roller when rotating.
