Commercial wood pellet maker
Production practice shows that as long as the nature of the production material changes during processing or other conditions change, the phenomenon of slipping of the pressure roller of the wood pellet maker may occur. The concentricity between the pressure roller and the main shaft is not good. It is recommended to check whether the installation of the pressure roller bearing is reasonable, to avoid the pressure roller shell biased to one side.

Check the wear and tear of the hoop, transmission wheel and liner ring of the wood pellet machine. Adjust the concentricity of installation, the error should not be more than 0.3mm.Pressure roller gap is adjusted to: half of the pressure roller's working surface is matched with the mold, and make sure that the gap adjusting wheel and locking screw are in good working condition.
