4. Improve the rolling form of the pellet machine. By improving the design of the roller pressing form, measures such as increasing pressure, reducing ineffective wear, and reducing stress on the roller are proposed, so that the material can easily form an effective pressing area in the granulation chamber, and the pressure of a single die hole is higher, which is conducive to the stratification of the material and improves the material discharge rate.

Reasonable working parameters directly affect the movement characteristics of materials, and thus have an important impact on the production efficiency of the equipment. Therefore, reasonable equipment working parameters should be guaranteed in production.
The transmission efficiency of the reduction mechanism affects the production efficiency of the pellet machine equipment. When the transmission efficiency is too low, the actual power of the equipment will be reduced. When designing the transmission system, the actual useful power of the pellet machine can be increased by improving the efficiency of the transmission system, so as to achieve the purpose of energy saving and consumption reduction.
