1. Conditioner is blocked or feed port is arched

Repair method:
1. Clear conditioner or feed port
2. Check feeder auger drive device and eliminate the fault
3. Clean the material on the feeder auger

Cause of the fault:
1. The die hole is blocked
2. The raw material contains too much moisture
3. The gap between the die rollers is too large
4. The feed scraper is seriously worn
5. The die roller is seriously worn
Repair method:
1. Clear the feed in the die hole
2. Control the moisture in the raw material and steam
3. Readjust the gap between the die rollers
4. Replace the scraper and die roller

The pellet mill motor cannot start
Fault reason:
1. There is material accumulation in the pellet mill chamber
2. There is a problem with the circuit
3. The travel switch cannot touch the gate or the lever on the door
Repair method:
1. Clear the material accumulation
2. Check the circuit and eliminate the fault
3. Check the travel switch
