Rice Husk Fuel Pellet Production Machine

Biomass pellet machines can convert large materials such as wood into small pellet fuels. The process includes the following steps:
Raw material preparation: First, the wood or wood blocks are roughly crushed through a crusher to make them into small pieces or fragments. If wood chips or sawdust are used as raw materials, this step can be omitted.
Crushing: In order to facilitate pellet forming, the wood or wood chips need to be further processed by a crusher to process large pieces of material into fine particles, usually less than 5mm in diameter.

Drying: The moisture content of wood materials will affect the molding quality of pellets, and the moisture content usually needs to be controlled between 10% and 15%. To this end, wood chips need to be processed through a dryer to reduce excess moisture.
Pellet molding: The processed wood chips are extruded and molded through a biomass pellet machine at high temperature and high pressure to form pellet fuel with a diameter of 6mm to 10mm. The molding process does not require any chemical additives, and the pellets are naturally bonded and formed under high pressure.
Cooling and packaging: The pellets are at a high temperature after molding and need to be cooled to maintain their shape. The cooled pellets are screened to remove unqualified pellets, and finally packaged and stored.
