Production process of biomass pellets:
1. Crushing. First, send logs, tree roots, waste templates and other materials into the comprehensive crusher for crushing, and remove the iron nails and iron sheets in the waste.
2. Fine crushing. Send the beaten wood chips to the crusher for fine crushing to make sawdust.
3. Drying. If the moisture content of the raw materials after crushing exceeds 20%, the sawdust needs to be sent to the dryer for drying.
4. Granulation. The dried sawdust can be directly granulated into the pellet machine. If the sawdust is not very humid, the drying step can be omitted and it can be directly granulated into the pellet machine.

Feeding stage: The biomass pellet machine first receives various biomass raw materials, such as wood chips, straw, rice husks, etc. through the feed port. These raw materials are fed into the interior of the pellet machine and prepared for the next step of processing.
Preliminary crushing: Before entering the compression chamber, the raw materials may need to be initially crushed to ensure uniform particle size for subsequent high-pressure compression and molding.
High-pressure compression: After the raw materials enter the compression chamber, they will be subjected to strong pressure and compressed into strips or other shapes. This process strengthens the bonding force between the particles and makes them stronger.

 

High temperature treatment‌: The compressed raw materials enter the high temperature furnace for heat treatment, and the components such as lignin undergo pyrolysis and polymerization reactions, further solidifying the particles and improving their calorific value and corrosion resistance.
‌Cooling and molding‌: The particles that have been treated with high temperature need to be cooled to prevent overheating, deformation or combustion. The cooled particles are extruded into regular granular solid fuels under the action of the mold or extrusion plate.
Discharging stage‌: The formed particles are discharged through the discharge port and become the final biomass pellet fuel product.
