Product Analysis

A complete wood chip pellet machine consists of a feed conveyor, a pellet machine main machine, an electric control cabinet, an automatic lubrication pump, and a dust removal system.
The pellet machine main machine can be divided into three parts: the power part (main motor, gearbox lubrication pump, feed plate motor), the transmission part (gearbox, bearing chamber), and the pelletizing part (pelletizing chamber, discharge cover, feed plate). The power part determines the maximum operating current and output of the pellet machine, the transmission part determines the speed of the pellet machine main shaft roller, and the pelletizing part determines the pellet forming condition.

1. The moisture content of the raw materials is not appropriate. If the moisture content is too high or too low, the pellets cannot be formed. The pellet machine is made by physical pressing without any chemical components added. The adhesion is formed by the combination of appropriate moisture, so the moisture content of the raw materials is one of the important factors.
2. The compression ratio of the mold is not correct; the compression ratio and moisture content are both equally important factors. One is controlled by the raw materials and the other is controlled by the mold. Both ratios are indispensable. The compression ratio must be communicated with the merchant.
