Clean equipment: Clean the debris, dust, etc. inside and around the briquette machine to keep the equipment clean and tidy.
Prepare raw materials: Crush the required raw materials (such as sawdust, wood chips, straw, etc.) to make their particle size meet the requirements of the briquette machine, generally 3-5 mm. At the same time, the humidity of the raw materials should be controlled, usually between 8%-12%.
Add lubricating oil: Add an appropriate amount of lubricating oil to the specified parts according to the requirements of the equipment manual to ensure smooth operation of the equipment.
Connect the power supply: Connect the briquette machine to the power supply correctly and ensure that the power supply voltage is stable.

Start the equipment: Turn on the power switch of the briquette machine and start the equipment.
Preheating: Let the briquette machine idle for a period of time to preheat so that the equipment reaches a suitable working temperature. The preheating time depends on the equipment model and ambient temperature, generally 10-15 minutes.
Adjust parameters (some equipment has this step): According to the characteristics of the raw materials and the specifications of the required charcoal sticks, adjust the relevant parameters of the stick making machine, such as pressure, temperature, speed, etc.

Uniform feeding: After the equipment is preheated, start to evenly feed the prepared raw materials into the feeding port of the stick making machine. Be careful not to feed too much at one time to avoid blockage.
Observe the stick making situation: During the stick making process, closely observe the forming of the charcoal sticks, including the density, hardness, surface smoothness, etc. of the sticks. If problems are found, such as loose and unformed sticks, adjust the humidity, particle size or equipment parameters of the raw materials in time.
Collect firewood sticks: Take the finished firewood sticks out of the discharge port of the stick making machine and place them neatly aside or on the conveyor belt for subsequent processing (such as carbonization).
