2. Check all lubricated parts.
3. Check whether the power supply voltage is normal.
4. Start running without load for 5 minutes. If there is no abnormality such as jamming or bumping, it can be put into normal production. When an abnormality is found during the test machine, the machine must be stopped immediately, the cause must be found, and the fault must be eliminated before running without load.
5. Adjust the temperature regulator to the required temperature. When the temperature reaches the predetermined humidity, you can start the machine and feed the appropriate amount of material.

*Motor heating: ① Check fuses, switches, contacts and troubleshoot ② Replace bearings ③ Remove debris ④ Cool down ⑤ Adjust voltage ⑥ Check and troubleshoot

1. Before starting the machine, turn the pulley by hand to see if there is any jamming.
2. Before starting the machine, tighten the connecting screws of the heating cylinder and the three jackscrews inside the heating cylinder.
3. Before stopping continuous operation, the materials in the hopper must be discharged and the vehicle must be reversed for one minute before stopping.
4. When production needs to be restarted, the temperature of the heating cylinder must be raised to 350°C before starting the machine. Cut less material. After the rod is sent out, you can cut a large amount of material.
5. The cooling water must be flowing smoothly.
6. During production, pay attention to whether the motor current and voltage are normal to prevent damage to the motor.
