The connection method between the ring die and the main shaft is to tighten the main shaft plate and the ring die with bolts to bear the whole load with a tight fit. Therefore, the key to installation is that each bolt is evenly stressed and there must be no looseness. At the same time, it is necessary to ensure that the axis of the ring die is concentric with the axis of the main shaft. Any broken bolts must be removed before installation.

Product Analysis

The ring die should be assembled straight and not skewed. If the ring die is skewed, the pressure rod and the ring die will be worn more, the whole machine will vibrate more, the service life of the pressure rod and the ring die will be shortened, and the production cost will be increased.
Use fixing bolts of appropriate length. If the fixing bolts are too long or too short, it may cause cracks around the ring die screw inspection hole.
Use fixing bolts of appropriate strength. It is best to use high-strength bolts processed by regular manufacturers. Inferior bolts are easy to break in the ring die bolt hole, and may also cause the ring die bolt hole to crack.
Clean and lubricate the ring die bolt hole. When installing the ring die, the dirt in the screw inspection hole must be cleaned, and a small amount of lubricating oil must be applied around the bolt when installing the screw bolt.
Improper adjustment can easily damage the ring die. The gap between the pressing rod and the ring die should be kept at about 400-5005m. Usually, when the ring die is rotated with a tool, the gap between the pressing rod and the ring die should reach the critical state of "seemingly rotating but not rotating" (the gap adjustment between the ring die and the pressing roller is different for materials with different particle sizes). If the gap is too large, the material will slip between the pressing rod and the ring die and cannot be pelletized. If the gap is too small, it will cause increased wear of the ring die and the pressing rod or cause the material to burn, or even blockage and stoppage.
