Troubleshooting

The ring die cracks due to spindle bearing damage and spindle vibration.
Solution: Replace the spindle bearing in time.

The ring die cracks due to excessive load caused by inappropriate safety pins and safety pin seats.

The ring die cracks due to the poor effect of the iron removal device, which causes metal objects to indent the ring die.
Solution: The iron removal equipment must be checked and cleaned in time.
Because the roller is not installed in place, the relative offset between the roller and the axial working area of the ring die causes the ring die to crack.
Solution: Install the roller assembly correctly.
Because the gap between the ring die and the roller is too small, the ring die and the roller are in hard contact, causing the ring die to crack.
Solution: The reasonable gap is between 0.1mm and 0.3mm, and the new mold should be equipped with a new roller.
Due to the increase in fiber material and the lack of feeding scraper feeding, the ring die cracks.
Solution: Install a new scraper.
Because when the ring die is stopped for a period of time and not used, there is no "mold cleaning", the particles in the die hole of the ring die become hard, the next discharge is difficult, and the extrusion force is too large, causing the ring die to crack.
Solution: It must be filled with non-corrosive oily material immediately.
