Raw material processing equipment
his equipment is used to pre-process biomass raw materials. Raw materials usually include wood chips, straw, corn stalks, etc. The pre-processing process includes crushing, drying and screening.
Pellet machine
The pellet machine is the core equipment of the biomass pellet production line. It presses the processed biomass raw materials into pellets through high temperature and high pressure. In this process, the natural adhesive in the raw materials will be activated to form a stable pellet structure.
Cooling equipment
After the pellet machine discharges the material, the temperature of the pellets is high. The cooling equipment is used to reduce the temperature of the pellets to ensure their stability during storage and transportation.
Packaging equipment
The cooled pellets need to be packaged for easy transportation and sales. The packaging equipment can automatically package the pellets according to the characteristics of the pellets to improve production efficiency.

The working principle mainly includes the following steps:
(1) The raw materials enter the crusher for crushing, and the small particles formed after crushing are sent to the drying equipment through the conveyor belt.
(2) The drying equipment reduces the moisture content of the raw materials to an appropriate level, and then the dried raw materials are sent to the pelletizer.
(3) In the pelletizer, the raw materials are pressed into pellets through a mold. During this process, the high temperature and pressure in the machine release the natural binder in the raw materials and combine them into pellets.
(4) After the pellets are discharged from the pelletizer, they enter the cooling equipment for cooling. After cooling, the physical properties of the pellets are improved, which is convenient for subsequent transportation and storage.
