Chipping/Slicing

Depending on the raw materials, we will configure different shredding systems for customers. Different raw materials require different processing methods, and the final configuration of the shredding system must be determined by the type and physical state of your raw materials.

Removal of impurities

The impurity removal system cleans the raw materials cut into specifications to remove mud, sand and other impurities contained in the raw materials to ensure the purity of the biomass pellets, and ensures that the economic interests of customers are not damaged.

Proportion (Optional)

Different raw materials are mixed in a certain proportion. This process is used when multiple raw materials are used or something needs to be added to the raw materials.

Drying

According to the requirements of the pelletizing system, the moisture content of the raw materials needs to be around 15% before pelletizing. If this requirement is not met, drying is required. Usually a drum dryer or a belt dryer is used. According to the characteristics of different raw materials, our engineers will recommend the most suitable drying equipment. The heat source of the dryer can be electricity, natural gas, oil, biomass, coal, etc.

Choose the appropriate biomass pellet machine according to the type of raw materials and pellets: for processing fuel biomass pellets, paper pellets, coal pellets, organic fertilizer pellets and other types of products, you need to choose a ring die pellet machine without a conditioner; for processing grain feed, grass feed pellets, straw feed pellets, tofu cat litter and other product types, you need to choose a ring die pellet machine with a conditioner.

cooling & screening

The temperature of the newly produced granules is relatively high. In order to ensure the quality and hardness of the granules, the produced granules will enter the cooling section. After cooling, they will enter the screening section to obtain qualified granules. Qualified granules will be packaged, and unqualified granules will be re-granulated.

According to the sales needs of customers, the qualified pellets are finally shipped in bulk or packaged. The specifications of packaged biomass pellets are optional. For small-sized packages such as 20kg, 40kg, and 50kg, conventional biomass pellet packaging scales are used; for packaging specifications of 500kg or 1t, ton-bag scales are used. In addition, the sewing method can be selected from thermoplastic sealing and sewing.
