Commercial chipper troubleshooting:
1. For wood chippers, different equipment models also have requirements for the crushing thickness or the diameter of the wood. The large amount of forced feeding, transverse feeding and feeding of ultra-thick wood (thickness greater than 12cm) in the wood chipper are the main reasons for the jamming of the feed roller. Reasonably control the amount of feed, and it is strictly forbidden for thick materials larger than 12cm and large bundles of raw materials to directly enter the wood chipper. Ensure that the raw materials are fed along the length direction and prevent lateral feeding. If the raw materials are stuck between the upper roller and the spacing plate of the second pair of rollers of the feeding mechanism, you can only use a wooden stick to poke it down. Do not use iron parts to poke it. To avoid falling into the aircraft and causing serious accidents.
2. The fan pressure of the wood chipper decreases, the pump head speed decreases, the power supply voltage of the chipper is low or the motor fails, the pipe network resistance increases, reduce the pipe network resistance; the working status changes, adjust the working status; the motor rotates in the opposite direction, Rewire the motor. The vibration of the wood chipper increases: the bearing is damaged - replace the bearing, the fan impeller is unbalanced - remove foreign matter in the impeller or adjust the dynamic and static balance, the spindle is deformed - replace the spindle or pump head, the working state enters the end vibration zone - adjust the working state to avoid In the end shock area, the air inlet and outlet inlet filters are clogged - clean the filters.
