What Can The Biomass Pellet Production Line Produce?
The biomass pellet production line mainly includes raw material preparation, pelletizing, drying, cooling, screening and packaging.
These links will be analyzed one by one below.
1. Raw material preparation:
The raw materials of biomass pellets mainly include waste such as straw, weeds, wood chips, sawdust, and energy crops such as corn stalks.
In the raw material preparation link, these materials need to be processed by shredding, removing impurities and adjusting humidity to ensure the quality of subsequent pelletizing and drying.
2. Pelletizing:
After the raw materials are processed by the pelletizer, granular biomass materials are formed.
The main process of pelletizing is to heat and press the raw materials through the mold orifice plate to form pellets.

| Model | Capacity | Power | Dimensions | Weight |
| MK-250 | 100-200kg/h | 15kw | 1120*440*1060mm | 400kg |
| MK-300 | 200-300kg/h | 22kw | 1280*560*1220mm | 700kg |
| MK-350 | 300-400kg/h | 30kw | 1300*600*1250mm | 800kg |
| MK-400 | 400-600kg/h | 37kw | 1390*650*1290mm | 1000kg |
| MK450 | 600-800kg/h | 45kw | 1620*700*1600mm | 1500kg |
3. Drying:
The pelletized biomass pellets contain high humidity, which needs to be reduced to a suitable moisture content by drying equipment. During the drying process, the temperature and humidity should be controlled to avoid deformation or cracking of the pellets.
4. Cooling:
The dried biomass pellets need to be cooled by cooling equipment to prevent the pellets from re-absorbing moisture or deforming.
5. Screening:
The cooled biomass pellets may have some fragments or uneven particle size. The screening equipment can remove unqualified pellets to improve the uniformity and quality of the pellets.
6. Packaging:
After screening, the biomass pellets can be packaged. Common packaging methods include bagging, bulk, etc.
