How To Adjust The Temperature Of Biomass Pellet Machine?
Too high a temperature will cause the heat-sensitive components of the pellets to be lost, the pellets to melt and stick together, and even cause damage to the machine; while too low a temperature will prevent the biomass material from melting, the pellets will have insufficient adhesion, and the pellet molding quality will be affected. Therefore, adjustable temperature is one of the main control factors of the biomass pellet mill.
1. Adjust the feed amount
Excessive feed will cause the biomass material to stay in the pellet mill for too short a time, making it difficult to fully heat up, resulting in too low a temperature. Therefore, during the production process, the feed amount can be appropriately reduced, the heating time can be increased, and the machine temperature can be gradually increased.

2. Adjust the air inlet opening
Adjusting the air inlet opening can adjust the air circulation speed and air volume inside the machine, and will affect the oxygen content inside the machine. During the production process, the air inlet opening can be adjusted to control the temperature according to the pellet quality and temperature requirements.
3. Adjust the power of the heating rod
Biomass pellet mills generally use electric heating rods for heating. Adjusting the power of the heating rods can directly affect the temperature of the machine. Different heating powers can be used for adjustment according to the different properties of the processed biomass materials.
4. Temperature controller control
Biomass pellet mills are generally equipped with temperature controllers, which can be used to adjust the working time, switch status and other parameters of the heating rod to control the temperature. During the production process, the temperature controller parameters should be flexibly adjusted according to the characteristics and requirements of the production materials to achieve the best production effect.
