1. Generally, there is no need to remove the feed cover. You only need to open the observation window on the pelletizing chamber to check the working condition of the pressure wheel.
2. If you need to replace the pressure wheel or replace the mold, you need to remove the feed cover and the pressure wheel bin, unscrew the screws and nuts on it, and then unscrew the locking nut on the main shaft, lift the pressure wheel assembly with a lifting belt and move it out of the pressure wheel bin, and then screw two lifting screws to the process holes on the mold plate, lift it with a lifting belt, and then turn the other side of the mold over for use.
3. If the pressure wheel skin or pressure wheel bearing needs to be replaced, you need to remove the outer sealing cover on the pressure wheel, remove the round nut on the pressure wheel shaft, and then drive the pressure wheel bearing out from the inside to the outside. After the bearing is removed, it needs to be replaced or not (cleaned with diesel), the inner hole of the pressure wheel should be kept clean, and then the pressure wheel assembly can be installed in reverse order.

2. Pay special attention to the analysis when grinding the pellet machine. The pellet machine needs to be run-in before operation after it is just bought. Before formal use, reasonable grinding has a very important impact on the later use of the pellet machine. The ring die roller of the fuel pellet machine is a heat-treated part. During the heat treatment process, there are some burrs in the inner hole of the ring die. These burrs will hinder the flow and molding of materials during the operation of the pellet machine. It is strictly forbidden to add hard debris into the feeding device to avoid damaging the mold and affecting the production efficiency and life of the pellet machine.
3. In terms of the lubrication and cooling process of the biomass pellet machine, the pressing roller of the pellet machine should squeeze the sawdust and other materials into the inner hole of the mold, and push the materials on the back into the materials in the front. The pressing roller of the pellet machine directly affects the forming of the pellets.
