Daily Maintenance And Precautions Of Biomass Pellet Machine
1. Regular inspection
Appearance inspection: Check whether there are obvious damage or wear marks on the appearance of the equipment.
Connection inspection: Check whether the connection of each component of the equipment is firm and whether the screws are loose.
2. Cleaning and maintenance
Remove ash accumulation: Regularly remove ash and dirt inside and outside the combustion equipment, especially in the combustion chamber, heat exchanger and filter.
Cleaning the burner: Clean the burner regularly to ensure the cleanliness of the nozzle and the surface of the burner to prevent blockage and carbon deposition.
3. Lubrication and maintenance
Lubricate moving parts: Lubricate the moving parts of the equipment regularly to prevent wear and jamming.
Check lubricating oil: Check the oil level and oil quality of the lubricating oil and replace it if necessary.
4. Check combustion parameters
Check combustion temperature: Check the combustion temperature regularly to ensure that it is within the normal range.
Check exhaust temperature: Check the exhaust temperature regularly. Too high or too low may indicate abnormal combustion.
