1. Start-up sequence

Oil pump motor - grease pump motor - dial motor - dust collector induced draft fan - pellet machine main motor - feeding motor (slowly adjust the feeder feeding frequency conversion speed, and the current meter of the electric control cabinet is stable at about 95% of the rated current during operation)

Feeding motor - main motor - dial motor - oil pump motor - grease pump motor - dust collector induced draft fan

2. Oiling position and cycle
(1) Pellet machine main reducer (replace 220# gear oil every 600 hours for the first time, and replace it every 4000 hours after the first replacement).
(2) Dial reducer (replace the gear oil once a year, and the gear oil type is 100 or above).
(3) Feeder reducer (replace the gear oil once a year, and the gear oil type is 100 or above).
(4) Pellet machine coupling (add high temperature butter once a week).
