The production of biomass pellets consists of raw materials, crushing, drying, granulation, cooling, finished product packaging and other processes. Each piece of equipment and every step has strict operating specifications and quality requirements to ensure the quality of the product. There are many raw materials for pellet production, such as crop straw, fruit shells, tree branches, bark, sawdust, etc. In order to ensure normal and continuous production of fuel, it is necessary to ensure the raw material demand for at least 15 days of production. Therefore, 500 to 600 tons of raw materials need to be stacked.

When the granulator is granulating, the requirement for raw materials is 3-5MM, so except for sawdust, all the raw materials we collect need to be crushed. Depending on the size of the raw materials, we can choose a blade crusher or a hammer crusher. Biomass pellet machines have strict requirements on the moisture content of raw materials. If the moisture content is too high, the produced pellets will break or not be shaped. Excessive moisture can be transported to the drum dryer through the auger conveyor for drying by hot air. In order to save labor, we usually configure a conveying equipment. The processed raw materials are sent to the feed port of the granulator through the conveyor. The biomass pellet machine is the most important equipment of the entire production line. According to the output and usage, the pellet machine has two categories: flat die and ring die, with vertical and horizontal types to choose from. The equipment operates stably, has strong pressure, produces particles with high density, high molding rate and resistance to combustion.
