What Is The Reason For The Fuel Pellet Machine Not Discharging Fuel?
There are problems with the use of fuel pellets. If the operation is improper or the user does not pay attention to maintenance, problems of one kind or another will occur. The pellet machine not discharging fuel is a common problem. So what is the reason for the fuel pellet machine not being able to press fuel pellets?
The fuel pellet machine does not discharging fuel. We start with the raw materials. If the moisture content of the raw materials is too high or too low, the fuel pellet machine will not be able to press fuel. However, for this situation, we only need to adjust the moisture content of the raw materials.
If the compression ratio is not adjusted, it is possible that the fuel pellets cannot be pressed.

| Model | Capacity | Power | Dimensions | Weight |
| MK-250 | 100-200kg/h | 15kw | 1120*440*1060mm | 400kg |
| MK-300 | 200-300kg/h | 22kw | 1280*560*1220mm | 700kg |
| MK-350 | 300-400kg/h | 30kw | 1300*600*1250mm | 800kg |
| MK-400 | 400-600kg/h | 37kw | 1390*650*1290mm | 1000kg |
| MK450 | 600-800kg/h | 45kw | 1620*700*1600mm | 1500kg |
The output of the fuel pellet machine varies with different models. It does not mean that the faster the feeding speed, the higher the output. The feeding speed must match the discharging speed of the fuel pellet machine. In this way, the fuel pellet machine can work normally.
If the feeding speed is too fast, the die hole of the fuel pellet machine will be blocked. If the feeding is stopped, the fuel pellet machine will naturally not discharge.
The gap between the ring die and the pressure roller is also very important. If the gap between the two is too large, the pressure generated between the ring die and the pressure roller will not be enough to extrude the fuel pellets, which will cause the fuel pellet machine to fail to produce pellets.
