Wood Chip Biomass Pellet Machine

Grass materials (such as pasture, weeds, and weeds) are a type of biomass energy with great potential. Grass has a short growth cycle, is widely distributed, and can grow rapidly, providing a continuous source of raw materials for pellet fuel. Through the biomass pellet machine, grass materials can be crushed, dried, and pressed into pellets with a diameter between 6mm and 10mm.

The process of making grass pellets is relatively simple. First, the collected grass materials are initially crushed. The length of the crushed grass fibers needs to be kept moderate for subsequent processing. Then, the crushed grass materials are fed into the feeding device of the biomass pellet machine, and the grass is fed into the extrusion chamber through a screw feeder. Under high temperature and high pressure, the grass materials are gradually formed by the extrusion rollers and the die, and finally high-density pellets are generated.
