What should I do if the bio-granulator alarms overheating during operation?

The reasons and solutions for the heating of the granulator are as follows 1. Abnormal vibration or noise of the motor. This is one of the reasons for the heating of the motor. Because there is a problem with the dynamic balance of the motor rotor, the motor itself will vibrate. Due to poor bearings, bent shafts, different end covers, frames, rotor axes, loose fasteners, or uneven foundations, and improper installation of the motor, vibration and heating will also occur.

Some vibrations may be transmitted from the mechanical end, so when troubleshooting, it is necessary to check and analyze from multiple aspects to determine the specific cause of the motor heating. 2. The bearing is not working properly. When the motor bearing is working properly, it is easy to cause the motor to heat up. Experienced electricians will judge whether the bearing is working properly by hearing and temperature. Check the bearing end by hand or with a thermometer to see if its temperature is within the normal range, or touch the bearing box with a listening rod (copper rod). If a knock can be heard, one or more balls may be crushed. If you hear a hissing sound, it means that the bearing lubricant is insufficient and the grease should be replaced after the motor has run for 3000 to 5000 hours.
