What are the main technologies of biomass pellet machines?
1. Raw material processing technology
Collection and pretreatment: First of all, the biomass pellet machine needs to collect various agricultural and forestry wastes as raw materials, such as wood chips, straw, rice husks, bark, etc. These raw materials often need to be pretreated before entering the molding equipment, such as removing impurities, crushing, drying, etc., to ensure the purity and appropriate physical state of the raw materials.
Crushing and drying: The raw materials are crushed into particles of appropriate size by the crusher, and then the moisture content is reduced by the drying equipment, usually requiring the moisture content to be no more than 15%. This step is crucial for the subsequent molding process, because excessive moisture content will affect the molding quality and combustion performance of the particles.
2. Molding process technology
Extrusion molding: The biomass pellet machine uses a roller and a ring die to extrude the pretreated raw materials. Under normal temperature conditions, the raw materials are compressed into high-density pellet fuel by high pressure. In this process, the bonding force between the raw material particles is greatly enhanced to form particles with a certain strength.
High temperature treatment: Some biomass pellet machines will also perform high temperature treatment on the pellets after extrusion molding. Under high temperature environment, lignin and other components in the raw materials will undergo pyrolysis and polymerization reactions, further solidifying the pellets and improving their calorific value and combustion efficiency.

| Model | Capacity | Power |
| MK-250 | 100-200kg/h | 15kw |
| MK-300 | 200-300kg/h | 22kw |
| MK-350 | 300-400kg/h | 30kw |
| MK-400 | 400-600kg/h | 37kw |
| MK450 | 600-800kg/h | 45kw |
3. Equipment structure technology
Main components: Biomass pellet machines are usually composed of feeding system, stirring system, pressing system and electronic control system. Among them, the feeding system is responsible for evenly feeding the pretreated raw materials into the pressing chamber; the stirring system is used to adjust the humidity and temperature of the raw materials; the pressing system is the core part, which forms the raw materials into pellets through the extrusion of the pressing roller and the ring die; the electronic control system is responsible for the automatic control and monitoring of the entire equipment.
Material of key components: The ring die and the pressing roller are the key components of the biomass pellet machine, usually made of high-quality alloy steel or stainless steel to ensure its wear resistance, high temperature resistance and other properties. At the same time, the design of these components must also consider their structural rationality and ease of maintenance.
