The correct process of using wood crusher

1. Preparation
1. Check the equipment: Make sure that all parts of the wood crusher are intact and there are no loose, damaged or missing parts.
2. Clean the site: Remove debris and obstacles in the working area to ensure sufficient operating space and safe passage.
3. Wear protective equipment: such as hard hats, goggles, earplugs, gloves, etc. to protect your own safety.
2. Turn on the power
According to the electrical requirements of the equipment, correctly connect the power supply and ensure that the power supply is stable.
3. Feeding preparation
1 Preliminary sorting of the wood to be crushed, remove impurities such as oversized metal and stones to avoid damage to the machine.
2 According to the feeding requirements of the wood crusher, control the size and shape of the wood to ensure smooth feeding.

4. Start the equipment
1 Turn on the relevant control switches and buttons to start the wood crusher.
2 At the beginning of startup, pay attention to the running status of the equipment and listen for any abnormal sounds.
Five feeding operations
1 Feed the wood into the feed port at a uniform speed and in an appropriate amount to avoid blockage caused by excessive feeding at one time.
2 Keep your hands at a safe distance from the feed port when feeding to prevent injury.
Six monitoring operation
1 During the crushing process, closely observe the operation of the equipment, including motor temperature, crushing effect, discharge status, etc.
2 If any abnormality is found, such as abnormal noise, overheating, jamming, etc., the machine should be stopped immediately for inspection.
