1. Crushing procedure. Large pieces of raw material need to be crushed into chips of about 5mm to lay a good foundation for later rod forming;
2. Drying process. Put the crushed chips into a dryer for drying, so that the moisture content of the material reaches about 5-10%, so that good hollow wooden rods can be made during the extrusion rod forming process.
3. Rod forming process. The crushed and dried raw materials are put into the rod making machine and extruded under high temperature and high pressure to make a good machine-made hollow wooden rod. The three steps of crushing, drying and rod making are indispensable and very important. Later firing will serve as the foundation.
4. Carbonization process. After the firewood sticks are made, they are carbonized in a carbonization furnace. After cooling, they become machine-made charcoal.
