Product Analysis
Crushing part:
Including hammer mill. Since the material size of the production line is an important factor in the production of wood pellets. The optimal size of the material supporting the production of pellets is 1-5MM. Therefore, if the size of your material is more than 5 mm, then we recommend that you use a grinder. After the material is ground into 1-5MM fine powder. Then the powder is conveyed to the next step by a conveyor.
Drying part:
Flat plate dryer. We know the material moisture of the production line, and the optimal moisture content of the pellets is 15-18% of the production material. Therefore, if the moisture content of your material is more than 18%, then we recommend that you use a set of machines. After the material is dried, the material will be conveyed to the next process.
Mixing part:
Different customers have different pellet feed formulas, so a mixer is needed to mix the raw materials and formula evenly, and then produce pellets.
Pelletizing section:
Ring die pellet machine is suitable for large wood pellets, with reliable operation, and finally wood pellets come out of the wood pellet machine and enter the next process.
Cooling section:
The cooler has the function of cooling pellets, reducing pellet moisture and filtering pure pellets. After that, the pellets come out of the cooler, and then the pellets can be put into the store, or directly packaged and sold. After the pellets are loaded, the pellets will enter the next filling section
Packing section:
This section is added according to customer requirements. If the customer does not need it, then we will not add the packaging section here. At the same time, it can save you costs.
