Product Analysis

The working principle is as follows:
1. Preliminary processing: crush the raw materials to reduce the working pressure of the pellet machine and improve the pelletizing effect.
2. Drying treatment: dry the crushed raw materials to reduce the moisture content and improve the quality of the pellets.
3. Pressure processing: send the dried raw materials into the pellet machine and form the pellet shape through mechanical extrusion under high pressure and temperature.
4. Cutting and cooling: the pellets are cut by the cutter to obtain the pellets of the required length, and then cooled by the cooling device to make the pellet shape more fixed,
5. Screening and packaging: the pellets are graded and screened through the screen to remove unqualified pellets, and finally packaged through the packaging device.
