Biomass Pellet Production Line is a technology that uses waste wood for production. Its working principle is to compress wood chips into pellets to form biomass fuel with high calorific value. The interior of the wood pellet line is composed of a main machine, a feeder, a modulator, a lubrication system and a control system. When working, wood chips are fed into the main machine, and the wood chips are squeezed into pellets through a high-speed rotating mold and pressure, and finally cooled and formed through a cooler.

The working principle of the Biomass pellet production line can be clearly expressed and summarized as follows:
Raw material supply:
The wood pellet production line receives pre-treated wood chips, shavings, sawdust and other wood fibers or fragments as raw materials.
Extrusion process:
The raw materials are placed in a high-pressure rotating rotor, and the solid materials are thrown out of the rotor by the centrifugal force generated by high-speed rotation. During the throwing process, the materials are heated and pressurized at the same time, so that they are accelerated in the air flow and reach the required molding pressure.
Forming process:
When the pressure of the material in the die hole reaches a certain value, the material is extruded to form particles of the required shape and size. This process involves the arrangement and deformation of the material perpendicular to the main stress direction (i.e. the extrusion force given by the roller). The friction resistance of the die hole cooperates with the extrusion force to ensure that the particles are extruded and formed.
Particle discharge:
The formed particles are discharged through the discharge port, completing a working cycle.
