Raw materials
The small wood pellet production line can process wood chips, rice husks, straw, cotton stalks, palm shells, bagasse and other raw materials into granular finished fuel.
Details
1. The main shaft, transmission shaft, gears and other key components are made of high-strength forged alloy steel, and the gears are processed by high-precision gear grinding machines;
2. The gear transmission efficiency is high, the torque is large, and the roller does not slip, which can increase the output;
3. The transmission system uses brand bearings to ensure the reliability of the whole machine and extend the service life;
4. The ring die and roller are made of high-strength forgings quenched and heat treated, and automatic gun drilling is used for drilling holes.

Production process of biomass pellets:
Raw material pretreatment, biomass raw materials are crushed into small pieces by crusher, and then processed into wood powder by pulverizer, making it suitable for entering pellet machine for extrusion forming. If the raw material contains too much moisture, it needs to be dried before entering the pellet machine.
Cooling and packaging, after extrusion forming, the biomass pellets are cooled by cooling equipment to make the pellet structure more stable. Then, they can be packaged into ton bags or kilogram bags through packaging scales to meet market needs.
