Product Analysis
Biomass pellet production line production process:
1. Drying section: According to the feed moisture provided by the customer and the discharge moisture required for pellet making, the evaporation amount is calculated to select the diameter, length and hot air furnace model of the drum. Common dryers now include three-drum dryers, single-drum dryers, and airflow dryers; among them, drum dryers are recognized by customers and are the most common and cost-effective drying equipment. This section mainly dries the wood chips with a moisture content of 20%-60% to 12-18% for the next step of pelletizing.
2. Pelletizing section: Process wood chips into pellets with diameters of 6mm, 8mm, 10mm, and 12mm. The wood chip pellet machine is the core part of the entire production line. Before pelletizing, iron blocks, stones, etc. need to be picked out to prevent damage to the pellet machine's pressing wheel, thereby extending the service life of the pellet machine's wearing parts. Our company uses the most advanced biomass pellet production machine in China for pelletizing. The wood chip pellet machine mold has two layers, which are universal for upper and lower parts; the wearing parts are treated with special processes, and their life is extended year by year. They are highly stable and equipped with two pellet machines to avoid delays in production due to machine failures.
3. Cooling section: After the pellets are produced, the temperature is 70-90 degrees and they need to be cooled before packaging. Directly packaged pellets will break; when directly packaged, a countercurrent screening machine can be used. The cooler cools the pellets at 70-90 degrees to room temperature ±5 degrees, and screens the screened powder and crushed powder for the next step of packaging. This section uses countercurrent air cooling, which has the advantages of good dust removal effect and short cooling time.
