Product Analysis
The Sawdust Pellet Machine line is widely used to make small scale fuel pellets at home, on the farm, in the yard or outside in the open air. The raw materials can be straw, peanut shells, wood chips, rice husk, cotton stalk, cotton seed hull, weeds and other crops straw. The raw material is spread evenly into the space between the flat die and roller, and pressed into the mould hole, formed column shape pellets, the pellets will rotate along with the rotating ring die mould and will be cutted when the length of the column pellet reach to a certain value.The wood pellet production lines always come with wood crusher machine, screw conveyor, and wood pellet machine. Our Sawdust Pellet Machine capacity can be from 80kg/h to 800kg/h.
