Product Analysis
The wood pellet production line is a device that heats and compresses sawdust or other biomass raw materials. It is composed of a feeding system, a compression chamber, a cooling system, a lubrication system, an electrical control system, etc. Its working principle can be briefly described as follows: the raw materials first enter the feeding system, and then experience a high temperature and high pressure environment in the compression chamber, which causes the sawdust raw materials to gradually soften and undergo plastic deformation, and finally produce granular sawdust pellet products.
