Turn on the machine and evenly add the stirred washingmaterial(oil). The granulator can discharge materials normally. Check whether all parts of the machine are working normally. Leave the material in the working chamber of the granulator, pour it into the granulator repeatedly with hydraulic pressure for no less than one hour, and add fine sand and oil appropriately according to the situation. The moisture and shape of the oil particles produced each time. After the mold washing is completed, add the crushed raw materials (make sure there are no impurities in the raw materials and the moisture content of the raw materials is maintained between 12% and 15%). Pay attention to feeding evenly and working continuously. Materials in the warehouse are continuous.
