2. Clear the debris, sand and dust around the hydraulic cylinder of the upper mold of the wood chip pellet machine. Check whether the nut is loose and whether the oil joint is loose.
3. Check whether the upper mold of the wood chip pellet machine is loose and deal with the attachments of the upper mold.
4. Check whether the upper mold synchronous bearing cover and gear are loose, and deal with them in time.

The die is facing upwards and the material is fed vertically, which is conducive to heat dissipation. The die is facing upwards and the material is fed vertically into the pelletizing chamber, so that the material is directly in place without the need for other auxiliary devices. It is difficult to load light-weight materials into the pelletizing chamber from the feeding port of the ring die pelletizer. Special devices are required to force them forward and they are uneven. The main reason is that the pelletizing chamber cannot dissipate heat and cool down, which limits the life of the transmission system (gears, bearings). There are two structures of flat die pelletizers. Although they can feed vertically, they both have many disadvantages that are difficult to eliminate.
(1) The flat die pelletizer with a rotating die plate and a rubbing roller structure is prone to arching of the material, resulting in uneven feeding and affecting production.
(2) The die plate is stationary and the roller rotates. Although it does not arch, it generates centrifugal force, which throws the material entering the pelletizing chamber to the periphery, leaving the center of the flat die with the pelletizing hole facing upward and the holes evenly distributed without material pressing, resulting in material accumulation and uneven thickness.
