1. Optimize raw material pretreatment: Improve the physical properties of the raw materials through pretreatment methods such as drying and crushing, reduce the difficulty of compression, and thus reduce the required internal pressure.
2. Adjust equipment parameters: According to the characteristics of the raw materials and production needs, reasonably adjust the parameters of the pellet machine such as mold shape and compression ratio to adapt to different production conditions.

Product Analysis

Temperature, humidity, feeding speed and other conditions during operation will also affect the pressure inside the pellet machine. For example, appropriate temperature can soften the raw materials and reduce the difficulty of compression; while too fast a feeding speed may cause uneven distribution of the raw materials in the mold and increase local pressure.
Monitoring the operation process: Real-time monitoring of the temperature, humidity, feeding speed and other operating conditions inside the pellet machine, and timely adjustment according to actual conditions to maintain the stability of internal pressure.
The effective thickness of the biomass pellet machine mold is very important for material molding. If the mold is too thick, the material molding time is long, the particle density is relatively large, and the extrusion is difficult; if the mold is thin, it is fragile and the particle density is relatively small. The extrusion temperature is low, the yield rate is high, but the molding rate is low or the molding is poor. Roughness is also an important indicator of ring die quality. Under the same compression ratio, the greater the roughness value, the greater the extrusion resistance of the wood chip pellets, the more difficult it is to discharge, and too large roughness will also affect the surface quality of the pellets. The appropriate roughness value should be between 0.8 and 16.
