Features

5.The increase of the outer diameter of the press roller makes the temperature generated by extrusion not easy to be transmitted to the bearing room, so as to ensure that the bearing works at low temperature; Bearing is also increased to enhance the compression capacity; The press roller is fully sealed to prevent the phenomenon of dust, to ensure that oil does not overflow. Prolong the service life of the roller bearing, improve the work efficiency and reduce the cost.
6.The mould and roller are made of high quality alloy steel and advanced carbonizing heat treatment process to improve the service life.
