Please note:This sawdust brick press machine is the heart of the production line, but it is step 3 of 4. To get black BBQ charcoal, you need the following process:
Crushing: Turn wood waste into sawdust (<5mm).
Drying: Reduce moisture to the ideal 8%-12% range.
Briquetting (This Machine): Transform loose sawdust into high-density Pini-Kay briquette sticks (no binder needed).
Carbonizing: Put the sticks into a carbonization furnace to turn them into final charcoal

Raw Material Requirements
The materials requirements of machine to make sawdust briquettes:
1. The inlet size of raw materials should be less than 5mm. If the raw materials are bigger size, they must be crushed firstly.
2. The inlet moisture of raw materials must be less than 12%, otherwise, the outlet briquettes are easy broken and have crevice.So before briquetting, the wet materials should be dried.
►Besides the material size must less than 5mm, the humidity of the raw materials is controlled in 0-10%.
►Too wet or too dry will cause a bad forming effect.
►If the material too big, we will recommend you crusher according to your requirement.
►If your material moisture over 12%, we have a Airflow Dryer. After crushing, the material was delivered to the Wood Sawdust Hot Rotary Airflow Pipe Dryer , then it was sent to forming machine.
Final product
