                     Ring mould briquetting machine is mainly used to form the bulk material of straw segments, which is composed of screw conveyor mechanism and ring mould compression chamber. The raw material is pre-processed into segments.                     In the ring die briquetting machine, the extrusion of feed is carried out by the pressure roller and the ring die. In the extrusion process, according to the position of the bulk material can be divided into three zones: feeding zone, pressing zone and extrusion zone. In the feeding zone, the feed is basically not subject to external forces except centrifugal force, and is in a natural state. In the pressing zone, the feed is subjected to pressure under the wedge-shaped clamping of the pressure roller and the ring die, which produces certain deformation and linkage.

                   In the squeezing area, the squeezing pressure increases sharply. The linkage between the bulk material is strengthened. When the extrusion pressure increases to overcome the friction of the die hole on the material, the feed is pressed into the die hole, resulting in a combination of elastic and plastic deformation, forming a density of 1g/cm3 or so of the block feed. The length can be cut off by itself according to the need.
