Briquette press workflow:
The straw briquetting machine consists of a feeding conveyor, a compressor and a discharging machine. The compressor consists of a frame, motor, feed port, transmission system, pressure roller, ring die, electric heating ring, discharge port and other parts. Cut or knead the straw or grass to be pressed, with a length of less than 50mm and a moisture content of 10 to 25%. The material is fed into the feed port through the feeding conveyor and rotates through the main shaft to drive the pressure roller. After the rotation of the pressure roller, the material is forced out of the mold hole into blocks and falls from the discharge port. After cooling down (moisture content cannot exceed 14%), it is bagged and packaged.
