Before starting the biomass pellet burner, check the furnace hearth to see if the grate has been cleaned after the last use and whether the ash in the door has been cleaned. If not, clean it in time. Open the supporting control cabinet and check whether the circuit is normal; check whether the inlet and outlet water pipes are normal, check whether there is cooling water in the circulating cooling water tank, and ensure whether there is cooling water in the water jacket of the biomass pellet burner. Fill the biomass pellet burner hopper with biomass pellet fuel. Turn on the power switch, start the oxygen supply system, and adjust the air volume to a small value. Click the feed button in the PLC touch screen and observe the appropriate amount of bottom material being put into the furnace. Click the electronic ignition button or manually ignite the furnace, close the furnace door, increase the air volume of the oxygen supply fan appropriately, observe the furnace, and start the feeding system. Gradually adjust the air volume of the oxygen supply fan to the appropriate size. The feeding speed and air volume should be gradually increased. It should not be accelerated too fast or too slow to ensure that the biomass pellet fuel is fully burned in the furnace. After the flame combustion in the furnace is stable, adjust the feed speed to an appropriate size so that the furnace temperature can rise normally. While adjusting the biomass burner, the air volume of the induced draft fan of the supporting thermal energy equipment must be adjusted in time to ensure that the furnace is in a negative pressure state, so that the flame in the biomass pellet burner is injected into the thermal energy equipment to provide the heat energy required for heating.
