What processes are needed in the pelletizing process?

                 In most cases, the post-pelleting liquid addition system is limited to the addition of fats and oils, at a level of about 1% to 10%. In some cases it is also suitable for the addition of other liquid components. For example, vitamins, enzymes, probiotics, etc. in the intense processing treatment, in the high temperature, high humidity conditions, the loss of activity is greater, the retention rate after granulation is lower.

                  Some drug additives added before granulation can easily lead to drug residues on the production line, resulting in cross-contamination. And the larger proportion of grease and molasses added is in the way of pressing and forming. By moving the addition of these components from before pelletizing to after pelletizing, the above problems can be avoided to a limited extent.
