What is a biomass pellet machine?
Biomass fuel is a green and environmentally friendly energy source. Its raw materials mainly come from crop waste and forestry waste, such as corn stalks, wheat straw, straw, peanut shells, corn cobs, cotton stalks, soybean stalks, husks, weeds, branches, leaves, etc. These wastes were often regarded as useless in the past, but now they can be processed into efficient and clean solid pellet fuels through a series of processes.
The production process of biomass fuel requires steps such as crushing, pressurization, densification, and molding. Among them, crushing is to break the raw materials into smaller particles for subsequent processing. Pressurization is to compress the raw materials into a block of a certain density through high pressure to increase its energy density and combustion efficiency. Densification is to make the block more compact and solid by adding certain auxiliary materials such as adhesives on the basis of pressurization. Finally, molding is to press the densified block into small stick-shaped solid particle fuel through a mold for easy storage and transportation.

| Model | Capacity | Power | Dimensions | Weight |
| MK-250 | 100-200kg/h | 15kw | 1120*440*1060mm | 400kg |
| MK-300 | 200-300kg/h | 22kw | 1280*560*1220mm | 700kg |
| MK-350 | 300-400kg/h | 30kw | 1300*600*1250mm | 800kg |
| MK-400 | 400-600kg/h | 37kw | 1390*650*1290mm | 1000kg |
| MK450 | 600-800kg/h | 45kw | 1620*700*1600mm | 1500kg |
The density of biomass fuel particles is generally around 110-130kg/m3, while the density of the particles after molding is greater than 1100kg/m3, which means that its combustion efficiency is greatly improved, and the smoke and harmful gases generated during combustion are also reduced, which plays a positive role in environmental protection. In addition, biomass fuel also has the advantages of being renewable, low carbon, and low pollution. It is a clean energy with great potential and is of great significance to promoting the transformation of energy structure and sustainable development.
