In terms of capacity, industrial-grade biomass fuel wood pellet machines can reach 3-10 tons/hour, suitable for large-scale biomass energy enterprises; smaller models have a capacity of 0.5-1 ton/hour, suitable for rural cooperatives and individual users.

 

Multi-functional general-purpose wood pellet machines cater to both feed and fuel production needs. By changing the die and adjusting parameters, different products can be processed. These machines offer a wider parameter adjustment range, with pressure switching between 5-15 MPa and temperature control ranging from 60-100℃. They are equipped with various die specifications for users to choose from. Its advantages lie in its high flexibility, making it suitable for small-scale processors and startups. Production can be flexibly adjusted according to market demand, reducing equipment investment costs. However, compared to specialized models, it lags slightly in processing efficiency and quality for specific products, making it more suitable for users with limited capacity needs and diverse product types.

 

Furthermore, based on structural form, wood pellet mills can be divided into ring die wood pellet mills, flat die wood pellet mills, and centrifugal wood pellet mills. Ring die mills are suitable for large-scale continuous production, flat die mills have a simple structure and low price, making them suitable for small users, while centrifugal mills are known for their high output and efficiency, and are mostly used in large-scale industrial production.
