Its core compression principle is exactly the same as that of large wood chip briquette machines, both relying on a "high-pressure extrusion + lignin self-bonding" mechanism: a motor drives the pressure rollers or auger to apply 10-20 MPa of high pressure to the wood chips. Simultaneously, heat is generated through extrusion friction or a built-in heating device, raising the temperature to 160-200℃. This softens and melts the lignin in the wood chips, forming a natural binder. After cooling, it solidifies into dense, blocky fuel, requiring no added chemical binders. The compression molding rate can reach over 90%.
