Introduction to the operation process of biomass pellet machine
I. Equipment preparation
1. Check whether all parts of the equipment are firmly installed;
2. Check whether the lubricating oil of the motor and gearbox is sufficient;
3. Check whether the pressure gauge, temperature gauge, vibration gauge, flow meter and other instruments are normal.

II. Raw material processing
1. Put the raw materials into the crusher for crushing;
2. Transfer the crushed materials to the hopper of the pellet machine;
3. Set the appropriate speed and pressure value of the pellet machine.
III. Production operation
1. Turn on the pellet machine;
2. Observe the pressure and temperature of the pellet machine to ensure normal working condition;
3. Continuously add new raw materials to ensure the continuity of the production process;
4. Clean the filter and dust collector regularly to keep the equipment running normally;
5. Test the quality of the produced pellets to ensure that they meet the standards.
